Entrepreneur of the Month: Ludivine Gustave, known as Duflo

Ludivine Gustave Dit Duflo helps businesses plan for the future and grow, and helps executives find new momentum to chart a path to growth. That’s why she created the free seminar “54321: From Idea to Action!” to help businesses emerge from the crisis. This business seminar aims to help participants develop the mindset and project management skills needed to plan and successfully execute projects, whether working alone or as part of a team. Could you please introduce yourself?

I’m passionate about projects and deeply interested in spirituality. I’ve been married for 20 years and am the mother of two daughters, ages 15 and 8. In short, I’d describe myself as a connected, dynamic, and generous woman.

In addition to these qualifications, I wear several hats—all centered on strategy and management—across about twenty different fields.

I am a speaker, the author of several books—including one bestseller—and a business coach.

The central theme of my message is maximizing each individual’s potential through a project, enabling them to become agents of change themselves. My talks focus on topics related to strategy, project success, and leadership.

I am also a serial entrepreneur, founder of Madizy Management and the blog/magazineosevivre.com, a strategy expert, business coach, mentor with the Belgian Women Entrepreneurs Network, and a member of the Artificial Intelligence Network (réseauIA).

To briefly touch on my background, I have over 15 years of experience in product development, information systems (IT), project management, and process optimization. I work with executives and their managers to overcome human and organizational barriers to their projects—particularly in critical situations—so they can restore smooth workflow and maximize their results.

With two master’s degrees in Business Administration and Management and in Economic Intelligence, I provide strategic coaching to both large firms and small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Europe and internationally, and I also lead hands-on seminars on project management and leadership.

I rely on a proven method—the 54321 method—presented in my first book, published in 2018. That book, *From Idea to Action!*, quickly became a bestseller. It is now the go-to guide for successful entrepreneurs, who use it not only in their daily lives but also with their teams and clients.

I feel a deep sense of gratitude when I see this happen year after year.

Why did you decide to organize this seminar?

Simply to make my own small contribution to a changing market, without necessarily expecting to be paid or funded for it,

to find a different way out of the crisis, to provide a framework, and to create an environment in which people and ideas can thrive.

This seminar will provide an opportunity to discuss and address frequently recurring issues: “Not enough customers, cash flow problems, declining confidence, administrative burdens, customer retention, increased competition, finding the right market positioning, the need for investors, the need for a strong team, expanding your expertise/services/products abroad… ".

What motivates you to want to help entrepreneurs and senior executives?

Above all, it’s my life’s mission. I love seeing ideas turn into successful projects. I love seeing how each person’s skills influence the economy, organizations, and the changes our society needs.

In fact, the current situation makes project management skills even more important and essential than ever.

Another goal of this seminar is to help entrepreneurs and independent professionals grow their businesses using a structured management approach that combines personal and professional development.

What advice would you give to any entrepreneur who is struggling to get back on their feet after this crisis?

Don’t isolate yourself; create a stimulating environment (both in terms of the people you spend time with and your workspace) and find a coach. Seek guidance to gain some perspective and identify new strategies. Finally, apply the 54321 Management® method to your projects and within your business.

You've published some books—could you tell us about them?

My first book, *From Idea to Action!*, was published in 2018 and quickly became a bestseller. As I mentioned earlier, this book has now become the go-to guide for successful entrepreneurs, who use it not only in their daily lives but also with their teams and clients.

The 54321 method presented here helps aspiring entrepreneurs and business leaders turn their ideas into action plans and turn them into successful projects! This method is unique, easy, effective, and accessible to everyone—whether you’re an individual, an entrepreneur, or part of a company.

The other two books focus on running a business as a couple and the mindsets needed to think and act like a leader.
