Shortly after placing your order on nuhanciam.com, you will receive an Colissimo tracking number via Colissimo. This number will allow you to track the delivery status of your package by visiting the Colissimo and entering your tracking number in the "Track a Package."

Returns and Refunds
You must return the product(s) to NUHANCIAM, 11 B Rue de Moscou, 75008 PARIS without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen days after you have notified us of your decision to withdraw. This deadline is deemed to have been met if you return the item before the fourteen-day period expires. You are responsible for the cost of returning the products. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or until you have provided proof of shipment of the goods, whichever occurs first.
