From November 1, 2026, at 12:00 a.m. to November 30, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. (Paris time), individual skincare products sold on nuhanciam.com are eligible for a 30% discount, already applied to the listed price, with no code required. The crossed-out price corresponds to the lowest price offered on nuhanciam.com during the 30 days prior to the start of the promotion. The following items are excluded from this discount: multi-packs (sets of 2 and 3), duos, gift sets, and skincare routines, as well as gift cards.

The 4th product is free from the featured line
During each of the periods listed below, when you purchase 4 individual skincare products from the featured line in a single order, the least expensive of the four is free. The discount is automatically applied in the shopping cart, once per order.

2. Rules for the Golden Ticket and the Mega Ticket

Article 1 · Organizer

Nuhanciam, a simplified joint-stock company with a capital of 114,410 euros, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 520 729 856, with its address at 3 rue Jules Guesde, 92300 Levallois-Perret (hereinafter “the Organizer”), is organizing a promotional campaign with a prize drawing titled “Ticket d’or” (hereinafter “the Campaign”).

Article 2 · Term

The promotion runs from November 1, 2026, at 12:00 a.m. to November 30, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. (Paris time). It includes four weekly drawings (Golden Ticket) and a final drawing (Mega Ticket).

Article 3 · Participation

Participation is limited to individuals of legal age who have placed an order on the nuhanciam.com website during the promotion period. Each confirmed and paid order automatically qualifies for one entry, with no additional steps required. Subscribing to the newsletter is not a requirement for participation.

The following are excluded: orders that have been canceled, fully refunded, or returned before the date of the relevant drawing; orders placed by professionals or resellers; and orders placed by employees of the Organizer and their family members.

Article 4 · Random Draws

Each drawing is conducted randomly and electronically from among the eligible orders for the relevant period:

• Monday, November 9, 2026: Orders placed from November 1 through November 8, 2026
• Monday, November 16, 2026: Orders placed from November 9 to 15, 2026
• Monday, November 23, 2026: Orders placed from November 16 to 22, 2026
• Tuesday, December 1, 2026: Orders placed from November 23 to 30, 2026
• Tuesday, December 1, 2026 (Mega Ticket): all eligible orders placed from November 1 through November 30, 2026

A single person may win only once during the entire promotion. If an order that has already won—or that belongs to a person who has already won—is drawn, a new drawing will be held.

Article 5 · Funding

Each winner will receive a Nuhanciam gift card in an amount equal to the total amount paid (including tax) for the products in the winning order, excluding shipping costs, up to a maximum of €150 (including tax). A total of five gift cards are up for grabs (four Gold Tickets and one Mega Ticket), for a maximum total value of €750 (including tax).

The gift card is valid on nuhanciam.com for 1 year from the date of issuance and may be used in one or more transactions. It cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, or transferred to another person. The winning order itself remains due and will not be refunded to the payment method used.

Article 6 · Notification of Winners

The winner will be notified by email, at the address used for the order, within 48 hours of the drawing. The gift card will be sent by email within 7 days of the drawing. If the email cannot be delivered, or if the address is invalid, the Organizer will conduct a new drawing within 15 days.

With the winner's prior consent, the winner's first name and city may be published in the Organizer's newsletters and on social media. The winner may decline this publication without it affecting their prize.

Article 7 · Personal Data

The data used for the Promotion (last name, first name, email address, city, order number, and order amount) is processed by the Organizer, who acts as the data controller, solely for the purpose of conducting the drawings, notifying the winners, and awarding their prizes. This data is retained for up to 6 months after the end of the Promotion, without prejudice to the retention periods associated with orders. In accordance with applicable regulations (GDPR and the French Data Protection Act), each participant has the right to access, correct, delete, object to, and restrict the processing of their personal data, which may be exercised by emailing contact@nuhanciam.com. Participants may also file a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr). For more information, please see our privacy policy.

Article 8 · Amendments and Liability

The Organizer reserves the right to extend, modify, shorten, or cancel the Promotion in the event of force majeure or circumstances beyond its control; participants will be notified on this page. The Organizer may disqualify any entry that is fraudulent or does not comply with these rules.

Article 9 · Access to the Rules and Disputes

These rules are available free of charge on this page for the duration of the Promotion. They are governed by French law. Any complaints must be sent by email to contact@nuhanciam.com no later than January 31, 2027. If an amicable resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts.
