This is also an opportunity for us to highlight all the women we interviewed for our “Toute en Nuances” series. This newsletter reflects the diversity of the Nuhanciam community. So thank you to Rokhaya Diallo, Mélissa Soukeyna, Marina Correia, Diaka Camara, and Jennifer Padjemi.

1. Could you please introduce yourself?

Beautylicieuse: I’m Beautylicieuse, founder of the webzine BEAUTYLICIEUSE, a digital entrepreneur, a digital strategy consultant in the luxury sector, and an ambassador for several prestigious brands.

Kenza SMG: I’m a digital content creator, and I’ve been running the blog “La revue de Kenza” since 2008, along with all the associated social media accounts. I cover fashion, beauty, and lifestyle on the blog.

2. How do you feel about your skin these days?

BL: I'm completely in tune with my skin today because I know it inside and out and have learned how to meet its needs.

Kenza: Great! I don’t have any major skin issues; I’ve been taking care of my skin for a long time, and I’ve always been careful about it. However, ever since I got pregnant, I’ve had a “pregnancy mask” that appeared on my forehead, which bothers me a little. I gave birth almost six months ago now, and I feel like it’s starting to fade.

3. In your opinion, what does it mean to feel good about yourself?

BL: As cliché as it may sound, I'd say feeling good on the inside and on the outside. It's a whole—you can't have one without the other.

Kenza: It depends on what kind of skin we’re talking about! For me, feeling good in your own skin means, above all, being at peace with yourself and having confidence in yourself and in the vibe you give off. Now, whether we’re talking about the skin on your face or your body, feeling good about it means not even noticing it. If it feels tight, itchy, or anything like that, it means there’s something that needs to be taken care of.

4. How important is makeup in everyday life?

BL: I love makeup—the kind that enhances but doesn't hide. Makeup should be and remain elegant, and it shouldn't hide anything.

Kenza:I don't make a big deal out of it; I don't wear much makeup, especially since there haven't really been any social events lately. In any case, the most important thing for me is my complexion. I like to have a fresh complexion, and I'm totally fine with going out without mascara or lipstick, as long as my complexion looks good.

5. What's your best skincare tip?

Kenza: I don’t really have any, other than to moisturize your skin as soon as possible—including your face, neck, décolletage, and the rest of your body. I understand that not everyone has the patience to apply several layers of serums or creams, but the bare minimum is to cleanse your skin at the end of the day and moisturize.

BL: 1/Removemakeup and cleanse your skin morning and night, 2/Massage yourface and don’t hesitate to use beauty tools (Gua sha, L Roller, Jade Roller...), 3/Usemoisturizing face masks as often as you like to plump and smooth your skin, and 4/ALWAYSuse SPF (from January 1 to December 31)

6.What are your upcoming news items or projects?

BL: I don't like to talk about my upcoming projects; I prefer to keep the surprise intact. But all I can say is that some really, really great things are coming to BEAUTYLICIEUSE.

Kenza: I just released a book, *My Life Under the Influence*, so I'm in the middle of promoting it. I'm currently working on a collaborative project that should be released in the spring.

Her childhood, her teenage years, her pregnancy, but also the creation of her blog, her rise to prominence online, and the evolution and professionalization of this field... Through an intimate narrative, enriched with material from her archives, Kenza El Glaoui shares her story unfiltered, revealing her professional and personal life to the reader through snippets of her daily life, numerous anecdotes, and other memories. She also offers her advice on how to succeed and make a name for yourself online in such a coveted and competitive field.
