Here are our 10 tips for a glowing complexion before the holidays:
- Be sure to drink 1.5 liters of water a day (if you aren’t already, start doing so now. This will help flush out toxins and give you a more radiant complexion)
- Sleep, sleep, sleep. There’s nothing better than this natural process for looking well-rested
- Avoid cigarettes and alcohol. These two things don’t help you achieve a beautiful complexion
- Exfoliate once or twice a week, depending on your skin type
- After exfoliating, be sure to apply a mask that will deeply moisturize your skin and even out your complexion
- Apply amoisturizerevery day to hydrate your skin and keep it supple
- Don’t go to bed without removing your makeup (e)
- Choose a gentle, soap-free cleanser. Soap destroys the skin’s natural acid mantle
- To give your skin a boost, don’t hesitate to exercise
- On the big day, after applying your moisturizer, be sure to use a second-skin foundation and a light powder for a mattifying effect.
