We’re kicking off the festivities with a smoothie recipe! It’s THE ultimate healthy drink. Delicious, refreshing, and nutritious, it comes in countless variations. Today, we’re sharing one of our favorites: Kiwi-Banana!

Ingredients (serves 4):
- 6 kiwis
- 4 bananas
- 10 ice cubes
Preparing the Recipe :
Peel and cut the fruit into pieces.
Blend all the ingredients in a blender.
Add more or fewer ice cubes to achieve the desired consistency.
The smoothie shouldn't be too thick—you drink it with a straw! No need to add sugar.
